1. About Site & Studio

Site & Studio provides digital website templates and related digital products for creative entrepreneurs, service providers, photographers, and other small businesses. Our templates are designed for use with Showit, a third-party website-building platform. You will need an active Showit account and subscription to use our templates. Site & Studio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Showit unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Digital Products

All Site & Studio templates and other digital products are delivered electronically. Because digital products are delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Before purchasing, please review the product description, included pages, features, software requirements, and licensing terms to make sure the product is right for you.

3. Template License

When you purchase a Site & Studio template, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that template for one business and one website. You are purchasing the right to use the template — not ownership of the template itself. Site & Studio retains all intellectual property rights in the original template design, layout, graphics, copy, and other original materials created by Site & Studio. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any of these materials to you.

4. One Purchase = One Website

Each template purchase is licensed for one business and one website. You may customize the template for your own business and publish it on your own domain. If you would like to use the same template for another business, brand, or separate website, you must purchase an additional license.

5. Showit Share Keys

Your purchase may include a unique Showit Share Key used to install your purchased template. Your Share Key is intended only for your licensed use and may not be shared, forwarded, posted publicly, sold, transferred, or distributed to another person or business. Please treat your Share Key like a license key. If you believe your Share Key has been accidentally shared or compromised, please contact Site & Studio. We reserve the right to take appropriate action if a Share Key is redistributed or used outside the terms of this license.

6. What You CAN Do

- With a valid license, you may:
- Install the purchased template on your own Showit account.
- Customize the template for your business.
- Change the copy, images, fonts, colors, layouts, and other editable elements.
- Add or remove pages and sections.
- Publish the customized website for your business.
- Use the finished website for your normal business and marketing activities.

7. What You CANNOT Do

You may not:
- Resell the Site & Studio template.
- Give the template or Share Key to another person.
- Share, distribute, or publicly post the Share Key.
- Use one purchase for multiple businesses or websites.
- Claim the original Site & Studio design as your own.
- Create a competing template or website product based substantially on the Site & Studio template.
- Repackage the template or its components for resale.
- Upload the template or its files to a marketplace, membership, template library, or other distribution platform.
- Give away the template, Share Key, or substantially similar version of the template as a free resource.
- Transfer your license to another person or business without written permission from Site & Studio.

8. Client Websites

Site & Studio templates are licensed for use by the original purchaser for their own business. Purchases do not include a client-use or third-party design license.


9. Fonts, Images & Third-Party Materials

Some Site & Studio templates may include fonts, stock photography, graphics, plugins, or other materials owned or licensed by third parties. Your purchase of a Site & Studio template does not automatically grant you a license to use third-party materials outside the rights provided by their respective owners. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses for fonts, photography, graphics, or other third-party materials used on your finished website. This is particularly important for your stock imagery. You don't want your license to accidentally imply that you're transferring rights to stock photos you don't own.

10. Showit

Site & Studio templates are designed for use with Showit. Site & Studio does not control Showit's software, pricing, availability, features, support, or policies. You are responsible for maintaining an active Showit subscription and complying with Showit's terms and policies. Showit's platform and terms may change over time, and Site & Studio cannot guarantee that a template will remain compatible with every future Showit feature or platform change.

11. Template Updates

Site & Studio may occasionally update or improve templates. We are not required to provide ongoing updates, new features, or compatibility updates indefinitely. If we discontinue a template, existing customers will retain their license to use the version they purchased, subject to these terms.

12. No Guarantee of Business Results

Site & Studio provides website templates as a design and DIY website-building resource. We do not guarantee that using a Site & Studio template will result in increased sales, traffic, leads, bookings, followers, or other business results. Your business results depend on many factors outside of our control.

13. Support

Site & Studio provides reasonable support for questions related to your purchase and template installation. Support does not include designing or writing your entire website for you, ongoing website management, custom development, branding services, copywriting, SEO services, or troubleshooting unrelated third-party products. For questions about the Showit platform itself, you may also need to contact Showit directly.

14. Intellectual Property

All original Site & Studio materials, including template designs, graphics, written content, branding, website content, and other original materials, remain the intellectual property of Site & Studio. Your purchase grants you a limited license to use the purchased template according to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

15. Termination

If you violate these Terms or the Template License, Site & Studio may terminate your license. If your license is terminated because of a violation, you must stop using the Site & Studio template and remove it from your website. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available to Site & Studio.

16. Changes to These Terms

Site & Studio may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this website with the updated date. Your continued use of Site & Studio products after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
